All products on our website show an estimated dispatch day – Please note that this is an estimate only. The estimated dispatch day depends on whether the item is in stock in our warehouse or if it has to be ordered from our suppliers. Occasionally, even the biggest supplier will sell out of popular items. In these cases, the out of stock item will be back ordered and your order split to send the in-stock items straight away. Where possible, we will place an out of stock note on the product page of our site and also on your order and send you an email to let you know. These notes can be viewed by logging into your order through your account. Input your full order number with either your email address or post code to view any notes and the progress of your order. Please note that we are a seasonal business and there will be periods when we will be extremely busy and notification may take a little longer. Back-ordered items will be automatically dispatched when we receive them here unless you notify us before to change or cancel your order. Pictures are representative only and products are sold by their description and part number only. Our stock turnover is very high and we will normally send out the latest model unless it specifies otherwise in the product description. If a product offered by mybicycle.co.uk is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition. We charge £1.99 postage & packing for orders below £10.00 (whatever size) delivered to mainland UK*. We charge £1.00 postage & packing for orders of £10.00 and above (whatever size) delivered to mainland UK*. Baskets with a product(s) value of £50.00 or higher will be shipped carriage free to mainland UK addresses only (this will not apply to UK Highlands and Islands or non UK delivery addresses). Orders will be sent by Parcelforce (http://www.parcelforce.com/parcel-delivery/express48) or Royal Mail First Class post or First Class Recorded post, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Royal Mail Airmail post or by domestic or international carrier ( http://www.royalmail.com. ). Where a signed-for mail or carrier service is used customers will be required to sign for deliveries. We are not able to leave packages without a signature and if you instruct the carrier or postman to do so then it is at your own risk and we cannot be liable for non-delivered orders. You are able to select a different delivery address where someone is available to sign for the package in the checkout when you place your order. If there is no one available to sign for the package, a notification card will be posted at the delivery address and the package returned to their depot. It is your responsibility to contact the delivery company (Royal Mail or commercial carrier) to arrange re-delivery or collection within the indicated timescale. Failure to do this will result in the package being returned to us and you will be responsible for the return delivery costs and any re-delivery charges at cost if we have to re-send the package. Please note that all orders must be inspected at the time of the delivery and any damages or shortages must be notified to us within 24hours. *UK Postage Charge Exception *UK Postage Charge Exception Due to high carriage costs of shipping heavier / larger items (generally above 2Kg) to UK Highlands & Islands addresses we will charge shipping at cost. In these cases we are unable to offer our standard £1.99 / £1.00 delivery charge. We will select the most appropriate & economic service depending on weight, volume and order value and any priority service selected by the customer. We will continue to use Royal Mail at our standard shipping charge for smaller packages. Areas included under Highlands & Islands are: IOW, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and IOM. For orders that are not available in stock we will inform you over the phone and you will have to choose one of the two options: You can cancel the order and we will return your payment or we can dispatch your order when we receive the items here and we will inform you about the delivery time. All the products in our catalogue are sourced from official importers / distributor / suppliers and are covered by the normal manufacturer’s or supplier’s guarantee applicable to each product. If an item is faulty at the time of purchase, please return the items to us and we will replace the item on a like for like basis and refund your return postage (Royal Mail First Class or Recorded First Class post only (we will not refund the cost of Royal Mail Special Delivery or other carrier charges). If when returning an item you choose to change to a different size or model we reserve the right to charge postage on returning the goods to you as these items will be treated as an exchange and return postage will not be refunded. These terms and conditions do not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
All of our products come with a 10 day returns policy. If you change your mind and don’t require the item(s) you have ordered, please return them to us, unused in their original wrapping & in a re-saleable condition within 10 days of receipt. A refund will normally be given within 10 days of us receiving the returned goods although this may take a little longer in high season when we are exceptionally busy. We do not want you to be stuck with items that don’t fit or cannot be used so we are more than happy to exchange incorrectly ordered items or wrong size parts. If you are returning an item, the costs incurred in sending it back to us are the responsibility of the customer and we also advise that proof of postage is obtained as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. If you return an item to us with insufficient postage, we will deduct the extra postage & associated charges made by the Post Office from your refund or charge them to the card used for the original order. We also reserve the right to charge for the postage costs of sending out replacement or exchange items back out to you.
If you are returning goods, please enclose the Returns form you received with your original receipt or enclose a full covering letter so we know who it has come from, and what the problem is. Returned goods are inspected in our returns department and/or by the manufacturer or their UK distributor and replacements, exchanges, credits or refunds are normally carried out within 10 working days. Replacement goods are subject to availability either here or from our suppliers.
